# 문자 발송 서비스 이용 정책

### 전송자격인증제 시행에 따른 변경 사항

「전기통신사업법」 제22조의11에 따른 전송자격인증제 시행으로, 불법 스팸과 발신번호 도용을 예방하기 위해 문자 메시지이용 기준이 아래와 같이 변경되었습니다.

#### 1. 휴대폰 본인인증 필수

캐시를 보유한 계정은 휴대폰 본인인증을 완료해야 합니다. 본인인증을 완료하지 않은 상태에서 캐시 잔액이 있으면 로그인 시 본인인증 화면이 표시되며, 인증을 마쳐야 대시보드를 이용할 수 있습니다.

#### 2. 중복 가입 제한

하나의 명의로는 하나의 계정만 본인인증할 수 있습니다. 이미 다른 계정에서 같은 명의로 본인인증을 완료한 경우, 해당 계정에서는 본인인증을 진행할 수 없어 로그인이 제한될 수 있습니다.

#### 3. 금칙어 포함 메시지 발송 차단

악성 URL이나 금칙어가 포함된 메시지는 발송이 제한됩니다.

#### 4. 발신번호 등록 개수 제한

발신번호는 유형에 따라 아래 개수까지만 등록할 수 있습니다.

| 유형               | 최대 등록 개수 |
| ---------------- | -------- |
| 무선번호 (휴대폰 번호)    | 3개       |
| 유선번호 (일반·대표번호 등) | 5개       |

> 이용 절차가 다소 번거로우실 수 있으나, 법령 준수와 안전한 발송 환경을 위한 조치이니 양해 부탁드립니다. 기존에 쓰던 계정에 로그인할 수 없거나 발신번호를 추가로 등록해야 하는 경우 <support@hackle.io>로 문의 부탁드립니다.

본 정책은 2026년 9월 29일부터 적용됩니다.
