Brand Message Recipient Targeting

Use recipient targeting to send Brand Messages with an expanded send range through segmented targeting for more efficient ad messages.

With Brand Message, you can send promotional messages to recipients who have consented to receive marketing without requiring them to add your channel as a friend.

This is made possible by Brand Message's recipient targeting.

Through the Hackle Dashboard, you can configure which customer type to send Brand Messages to.

All among marketing/Kakao consent recipients

Send to all users who have consented to receive marketing/Kakao messages.

This reaches the widest range of customers.

πŸ‘‰ Use example: Large-scale campaign messages such as limited-time discounts, seasonal promotions, new product launches, etc.

Send to users who have consented to receive marketing/Kakao messages, excluding channel friends.

This reaches a customer group that has not yet formed a deep relationship with the sending brand.

Since the audience is non-channel friends, it is suitable for emphasizing the benefits of becoming a channel friend.

πŸ‘‰ Use example: Discount/coupon promotions for channel friends, etc.

Send by including only channel friends among users who have consented to receive marketing/Kakao messages.

This customer group is actively ready to receive promotional/marketing messages.

You can send messages emphasizing differentiated benefits such as interest-based product recommendations and cart reminders based on customer behavior data.

πŸ‘‰ Use example: Interest-based product recommendations, cart reminders, private sales, pre-reservations, etc.
