# In-App Message Image Template

## In-App Message Layouts

Hackle currently supports Modal, Banner, and Bottom Sheet layouts.

Below are the recommended aspect ratios and sizes for each layout.

* File format: PNG, JPG, JPEG
* File size: up to 3MB

Since the recommended image aspect ratio differs by layout, please check the ratio and size when uploading images. (When landscape orientation is selected on mobile, a separate landscape image must be uploaded.)

Build the appropriate campaign based on the effect each layout delivers!

1. Modal: Primarily used for important information or promotions that users must not miss.
2. Banner: Used when providing simple feedback or information on the page where the user is located.
3. Bottom Sheet: Primarily used when immediately displaying promotions or notices when a user enters the service.
